I ordered a gold earring on Amazon on **/**/**. Received a wrong product. I raised return request multiple times, none came to pick it. On **th I was assured that full refund will be done **nd. Today on **rd, they informed that they cant help on this as the seller is not supporting.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
