Ajio - Wrong product delivered and refusing return

So I ordered a pair of adidas slides from AJIO on **th July **** and I received the package on **th July ****. But when I unpacked it , it was a cheap pair of woman’s chappal not even worth *** , I requested for return immediately but they rejected it saying the photos I uploaded aren’t clear . I contacted customer service and the guy told me to file a return request again which will be accepted , I again did and the request was supposed to be accepted by **st July but no reaction from ajio . Therefore I called them again and they were like they did “investigation” and that the correct product was given and I cannot return it. I told them I’ve unboxing video and they asked me to mail it to them. All this I mailed and I got same response that they did stringent quality checks and I received the right product only.
They’re just outright refusing to accept their mistake and now keeping my money.
