I ordered a linen saree from snapdeal with order id *********** on ** jan ****.Instead this saree I received another saree and raised my return request for the same on *rd feb ****.On same date my return request was being closed by snapdeal without giving me any resolution.Till **feb I continuously kept on calling their customer care but couldn't get success to talk with any of the executive.I mailed them many times but everytime I got the message that they are working on my request.Finally on **feb, **** I got a message that my return request has been cancelled and they can't accomplish it.I don't know what to do?
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
