Sourav Bora filed complaint against Myntra on Jun 2, 2020
On ** May, **** i placed an order at myntra. The product is Crocs Unisex Black Solid Clogs, size - M**, Order ID: *******-*******-*******.
As i recieved the package from the delivery guy, i came inside my house and opened the package, it was all well sealed bit the box was of different shoe brand and the inside packeting polythene was of crocs. The i saw the tag of the clog named SPORT instead of Crocs. The colour was different even. The sent me a replica of the original Crocs. Then i immediately placed a return request at myntra order section. They next day i received a sms from myntra regarding pick up of the wrong item. The same delivery boy came for pickup who delivered this parcel to me. He took the package checked everything and said he cannot take it. I asked why, he said the product doesn't match with the item as shown in order page. I said thats why i am returning it. We had a conversation and he still denied to take back the parcel. He suggested me to compliant at myntra support or mail them about the issue Then i checked myntra order page and i was notified that my return of the package is on hold. I tried reaching customer support via chat as the call option is not available, i mailed them even once at support@myntra.com. They replied after very long, to provide them with full details, ** digit barcode number, colour etc. and they mark the conversation as closed.
I tried again, I gave them every detail of the wrong item which was delivered, i asked for a replacement of the same product with the original one or refund my amount but its been * days haven't heard from them. Please help me out. Either replace my item with the orignal one or refund my amount. I can provide the images of the wrong item which was delivered. Hoping for your support.
