I placed a bulk order of approx Rs. **** while the sale on **nd to **th December, ****. When i got the delivery, one of the many products was wrong. I placed an order for H&M beige paper bag pants instead i received black pants. When i tried placing an return request they placed return request for another item and i got to face all the trouble. I contacted them again and got my time wasted for like ** min as they always put the call on hold. At the end, they asked me for the tax invoice i received with the parcel, i informed them that the invoice was by mistake in another packet that i returned back so I cant provide it. Instead i have all the proofs of the order and the payment proofs. But they denied for the retuen request and said a blunt sorry.
Is this the way to handle your customers? Why should we suffer for their mistakes.
