This is regarding paradise swing in red colour by Faburaa which i had booked through Pepperfry in Jan ****. Wrong product was delivered for which i had raised a replacement request on their portal as suggested by Pepperfry representative Kevin h however now it's been ** days with no response whatsoever. I had also reached out to their channel partner Faburaa however they are least bothered about addressing my concern. I'm extremely disappointed with my experience with pepperfry and Faburaa. I had bought this product for my * year old baby and was really looking forward to a timely delivery. But Pepperfry has disappointed big time and i will never recommend anyone to go with Pepperfry.com or Faburaa products having gone through such a bad experience.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
