I have ordered this product of order id- OD******************
product name- blobalshell self design stitched lehenga choli XL-* of amount ****/- but instead of this product received very cheap quality fabric on **th november. from that day continuously i have been calling customer care no. and emailed for this same issue but till now nothing happened of this.
I have ordered one more product on name soch woven baluchari tussar silk saree of order id- OD****************** and amount-****/-
as per the price the product quality is very cheap so i wanted to return but was not able to access my account.
Product name-black scissor woven kurta sharara and dhupatta set , order id- ****************** and amount- ****/- size issue was there with this product I wanted to exchange this product with small size but I was not able to access my account so could not do anything of this.
It is my humble request to please solve my issue its been more then month I am facing this issue.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
