Wrong product delivered. I ordered a jeans and they sent me a woollen skirt. I raised a complaint the same day Jan **th by calling there customer care and they informed me of an email that will be sent to me to attach the pictures. I waited for ** hours no reply or email , I called again and the representative told me due to some technical glitch they couldn’t send the email last time. He sent the email (jan **) , I attached the pictures and sent them over. Till date feb * I did not receive any response. All I get to hear is please wait for **-** hours as we have forwarded the complaint. This is mental harassment. They surely don’t know how to treat a customer. When it’s their fault why do I have to suffer ?
