Not only did Zaydn deliver the completely
WRONG product to me, but they are now keeping my money. The wrong item arrived on May **, ****, and I sent it right back on May **.
It has been ** days. For over a month, their email and Instagram support has given me the exact same scripted runaround: "give us a little more time." They delivered the wrong item, took it back, and are now illegally withholding my refund.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
