I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Zaydn regarding a paid order that has neither been delivered nor properly addressed despite repeated follow-ups.

On *th January, I placed an order for two pairs of shoes through Zaydn’s Instagram pop-up website. The order was fully paid at the time of purchase. However, I did not receive any order confirmation details or tracking information after making the payment.

On **th January, when I still had not received any update, I contacted their support team via email. I was asked to “keep patience” and was assured that the order would be delivered. Since then, I have followed up approximately ** times through email seeking clarity regarding my order status.

Unfortunately, instead of receiving proper assistance, I repeatedly received the same copy-paste responses without any concrete resolution. I attempted to escalate the issue by looping in company managers and the operations manager, but the email addresses provided were invalid.

The company has also repeatedly asked me to reshare order details and payment proof, which I have provided multiple times, including screenshots of the payment transaction. Despite submitting all necessary documentation as requested, there has been no progress.

For the past two weeks, the company has completely stopped responding to my emails. This behavior reflects unprofessional conduct and has caused significant stress and mental harassment.

I possess all relevant evidence, including:

Payment transaction screenshots

Email communication records

Order-related correspondence

I seek appropriate intervention and necessary action against the company for non-delivery of goods, lack of response, and mental harassment.
