Zaydn - Order not received even after a week no order id no follow up after confirmation

I had placed order for sneakers on **nd February **** and placed order through guest account, my information was correct and everything was fine, i just received order confirmation but after that no response or follow up was received. No answers to my dms, no answer to my mails, no follow up, no customer service.
