Complaint Regarding Delay in Order and Poor Customer Service
I ordered shoes from Zaydn on ** May, but till now I have not received any tracking ID or shipment update regarding my order. It has been more than a week, and there is still no proper information provided from the company side.
Along with this, the customer service experience has also been very poor. Most of the time the calls are not answered, and whenever the call gets connected, it gets disconnected while explaining the issue. This behavior is very unprofessional and causes inconvenience to customers.
I request the company to provide my tracking details and resolve this issue as soon as possible.
