I have ordered a product of Amazon using Snapmint Website, When i have received the order from amazon, it was a wrong product with different model no got delivered. We have taken a full video of Package unwraping.
Within ** hours I have raised compain obout wrong product delivery to Snapmint using a written mail. In return to the mail i have got a reply with a ticket number and it mentioend that it will be resolved within ** Hours. But the ticket didnt even had reply from the snapmint team for more than **Hrs.
So After ** hrs i have again sent a new mail to them mentioning that the issue and my previous Ticket details. For which they have responsded that "Please dont accecpt the delivery of you wish to cancel it."
But from from *st day of complain, Infcat my Subject of my Mail is mentioned that wrong product has been delivered.
And after more then ** days of communication they say that retuen period is lapsed so the product cant be returned.
I have furtur mailed them that because of your delay I am nor responsible. and The order should be cancelled and i will not be responsibel for the order and payment and my CIBIL Scrore should not be effected.
Now they are sending remineders for repayment.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
