Actually I was paying an EMI payment of a Phone which I ordered through snapmint with order id ******** on **st Aug . The EMI was of ₹**** and was successful through my KOTAK MAHINDRA BANK ACCOUNT.
For verification I called Kotak's customer care and they have told me several times that the payment was successfully debited from you to beneficiary's account i.e SNAPMINT FINANCIAL SERVICES
I reached out to them and wrote emails several times still they are showing that no payment had been made to them.
Kindly help me getting back my refund
