I was purchased a myntra voucher worth ***rs from snapmint in somehwere in may month of ****. I selected the * month emi for the amount. But i paid both of two after * days later. After * week snapmint suspended my account and a pop up came that "sorry you are not eligible". Okay, i had no issue with that. But still now snapmint didn't closed the loan id in my CIBIL. whenever i checked my cibil, there was a pop up appeared that showed i have an active snapmint loan id, but i paid that a year ago. Many times i tried to contact snapmint customer helpline but that bullshit IRVM doesn't connect me to any executive. Here are the screenshot for the loan active status.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
