I'm writing to bring to your attention a pressing issue regarding my recent order [Order Number] for a phone purchased from Amazon using your EMI services. Despite cancelling the order, my EMI payments continue to be processed, and the order status on your platform remains unchanged.
I cancelled my order on Amazon, and I received a confirmation email from them. However, when I checked my Snapmint account, the order status still showed as "Active" and EMI payments continued to be deducted.
When I contacted your customer support earlier, I was informed that Amazon needs to notify you about the cancellation. However, when I reached out to Amazon, they mentioned that they cannot directly contact you regarding this matter. Amazon did provide a written confirmation of the cancellation.
There has been no refunds and all the emi payment are active
