Hello Team,
This is about my order number: # ***-*******-*******.
I had ordered a Sony Alpha ILCE-*RM*A full-frame **.*MP Mirrorless camera body. The payment was made in full using a debit card ending in **** on * November ****.
I got a delivery for the product on ** November **** but the product received was the attached old Nikon D**X camera which is in no way related to my order. Wrong product.
I've been following up with customer care for the past ** days, but no proper response or action has been taken so far, it's so frustrating.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
