I ordered a hoodie.of price ***rs under certain offers and a coupon. I ordered i recieved was totally different. And there was no exchange policy for that product. They want me to return it instead thats mean i will get my money back which is not the solution for me. If the wrong product has sent by your side (bewakoof.com) they should have sent me.the right one why would i return it and buy it in the different price which is higher than the time i bought. Its the problem created by them why would.i suffer?
I just sant the right product to be exchanged with the wrong one
I dont want the money back, i wanted to buy that hoodie that's why i ordered it and jt was in my budget but not now.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
