Bewakoof - Refund of money

Recently I had made a purchase of a jeans from bewakoof but due to size issues I returned it...firstly the pickup executive cancelled the return * times without any valid reason..and in the *th attempt he come and picked up the product but still the status is not updated and the amount of refund is not initiated..and instead of pickup of product the window of return is closed showing that return is cancelled
