Bewakoof - Bewakoof order not recieved but the app shows delivered

I ordered * items from Bewakoof but I only received * and the order status on the app shows delivered for all * items. I am not getting any response from the Bewakoof Customer Care team despite multiple attempts. The money has been deducted for the items and I still haven't got any response.
