Priyanka choudhary filed complaint against Nykaa on Oct 20, 2018
My very *st order with nykaa which was a hair curler(₹****) they delievered a wrong product and thankfully it was on COD so i refused to take the order and when i complaint about it ,the customer care people just said we appologise thats it .
My *nd order which was a clinique facewash it again was opened , not sealed and an old bottle worth ₹**** ,after chasing these guys daily they returned my money after * weeks.
My *rd order which was hair curler again of vega , what I received was a big rode which is too big and wide worth ₹**** was a total waste of money ,as it will never fit my hair , they have nowhere mentioned in the window that its non returnable .
When i call and complaint they hardly pick the call and when they pick they talk very rude, half of the time they will put you on hold and will tell you to wait for *-* days and never revert, dont reply on mails as well . They have directly denied me on return and asked me to contact the manufacturer which in any case doesnot make any logic.
And with the hair curler i ordered a forrest essential serum (₹****) with which a miniature box was free, i never recieved that also . I am very fed up with them. I have lost my faith in these online websites. I spent too many days on researching a good product to invest my money and this is what i am getting . This is not the first time i am experiencing with nykaa as i have explained back to back.
I have spent half of my salary on these products which i saved for a special occasion and now feeling very cheated and helpless.
