AVISHEK DAS filed complaint against Nykaa on May 5, 2026
I placed an order for Jockey Women’s Shorts with Side Pockets (RX **_Black_XS) on **.**.**** vide Order No. NYK-*********-******* & AWB No. ***************, and the product was delivered to me on **.**.****.
However, after receiving the product, I observed that the shorts delivered were completely different from the product shown in the image on Amazon at the time of placing the order. The item received did not match the description or appearance displayed on the website. I have already uploaded the image of the received product on the Amazon product page for reference.
Thereafter, I initiated a return request, and the courier partner picked up the item on **.**.**** at **:** pm. Name of the courier boy is Mr. Rahul and his contact number is *********** and presently the product is held with the courier boy. But currently the status is showing pickup cancelled due to QC fail. the pickup was already completed by the courier partner on **.**.**** by Mr. Rahul (Mobile No. +** **********). However, the return has been marked as unsuccessful due to a QC failure, and the status has still not been updated by the courier partner and it is showing that out for pick up. It is also to mention that the item was held with the courier partner i.e. with Mr. Rahul.
It is observed that although the courier partner picked up the item on **.**.****, the status has not been updated. It is also unclear why the item has been retained by the courier partner even after the lapse of more than ** hours.
Further, despite the return pickup having been completed and more than one day having passed, the refund has still not been initiated, and an amount of ₹***/- remains withheld. This is highly disappointing and has caused considerable dissatisfaction.
I have retained all relevant evidence pertaining to this matter and, if required, I am prepared to pursue legal action against Nykaa in accordance with applicable laws.
In view of the above, I request you to address this issue immediately, initiate a proper investigation, and take appropriate action against the courier representative, Mr. Rahul (Mobile No. +** **********). Failing this, I will be compelled to take suitable action against Nykaa.
