Dear Nykaa Customer Support,
I am writing to raise a serious complaint regarding my recent order worth ₹**,***
Today, I received the parcel; however, upon opening it, I found that the package contained only a free promotional bag and none of the actual products that I had ordered and paid for were inside the parcel.
I have recorded a complete unboxing video from the moment of opening the sealed package as proof, and I am attaching the video along with relevant order details for your reference.
This is extremely concerning considering the high order value. I request you to investigate this matter on priority and provide an immediate resolution, either by:
Delivering the missing products at the earliest, or
Initiating a full refund for the undelivered items.
Please treat this issue as urgent and update me promptly regarding the next steps. I expect a proper resolution without unnecessary delays.
