I have orderd one non veg wrap under buy * get * offer but they added only * item in cart , i was in impression that they will add free item, but when i asked support , they told me that you should add another item then this offer will apply. I told them this wrong process for these kind of offer, also there is no option to cancel or modifiy my order, only one option left with me to accept my order .
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
