Vivo India - Wrong preorder sent by vivo

I had preordered one phone Vivo s* Diamond Black from Karan enterprise súper market Near Lall Market gate Gangtok east-Sikkim but didn't get the exact ordered phone. I got Vivo s* phone skyline so-called retailer. They are denying for exchange. I then called Vivo they said they have a return policy if the wrong order of same product variant send in colour also so-called retailer they are still denying for exchange. I want justice from you.
