I am writing complaint about the hanging, battery fast draining during normal usage, sometime black screen issue and gap between audio and video while using YouTube, Instagram etc. in my Vivo Y** *G handset.
I purchased the handset on * Feb **** and since then I have been facing this issue. I have tried all the troubleshooting steps that I could find online and vivo customer care told me, but nothing is working. As a result, I am not able to use my device properly.Even I have visited the service centre twice but service centre told me that we can't do anything and whenever you face issue, you have to flash this handset.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
