On **th May ****, the device catastrophically overheated, leading to the battery exploding and catching fire, posing an immediate threat to her personal safety. Despite presenting clear evidence of the malfunction to the Vivo service centre at VT station, Mumbai (and this being within the one-year warranty period) her claim for a rightful replacement has been unjustly disputed and dismissed. The service centre's demand for a repair fee of Rs **,*** is not only unreasonable but also disregards the potential life-threatening situation caused by their product.
