Vivo India - Vivo mobile v5s in warrenty problematic

I have visited vivo care twice and request to either resolve my issue regarding phone or replace my phone.they have not provided any satisfactory service and dealt very rudely.i am being harassed by vivocare muktsar punjab employees.they are wasting the time on everyvisit. Kindly provide me solution or i shall procedd for legal procedings with consumer court forum
