Wrong parcel delivered to me . I called Couier boy several times to collect the parcel from me and deliver it to the correct person but he didn’t answer my call properly then I had a word with Mr. Vishal manager of Delhivery courier jammu but even he didn’t responded properly.I paid the amount thinking that the parcel belongs to my husband but when I checked he didn’t placed any order it was delivered to me * days before and I m trying to continuously take help from courier service but o one is responding.

Without proper house number and confirmation from the customer how can they deliver the parcel at my address and we received the parcel just because of the confusion of name.
