Nykaa Man - Damaged missing incorrect delivery

I placed an order (Order ID: NYK-*********-*******) on Nykaa Man worth ₹**,*** for multiple perfumes.

Upon delivery, the order was found to be incomplete and defective:
• Both Burberry men’s perfumes were completely missing from the package
• Two Burberry women’s perfumes were received in damaged condition (outer packaging dented/torn)
• One Tom Ford perfume received appears incorrect and raises concerns regarding authenticity (loose/poor packaging quality)

Despite sharing photographic evidence, Nykaa has denied resolution stating that the items were “shipped correctly” based on internal records and has wrongly applied a “non-returnable” policy.

It is important to note that:
• Missing items constitute non-delivery
• Damaged products are defective goods
• Incorrect/suspicious products fall under deficiency in service

Therefore, the “non-returnable” policy is not applicable in this case.

A complaint has already been registered with the National Consumer Helpline (Ref No: *******), but no resolution has been provided. Additionally, Nykaa committed to a **-hour investigation but failed to provide any update within the promised timeline.

This clearly amounts to deficiency in service and unfair trade practice.

I request:
• Full refund of ₹**,***
• Compensation for harassment and inconvenience
• Reimbursement of any associated costs
