Nykaa Man - Incomplete package recieved

I ordered a rare rabbit suit worth Rs ****. All i received was the pant and no suit or blazer with it. I raised a return request and took a photo and video of the entire incident. The package came in a small packaging which anyways made me suspicious of it containing the suit. On raising the request at the same moment they simply took * days and on **th November rejected my request on grounds that it was delivered correctly. I urged them to share proof that they dispatched the whole item which they rejected citing it's for internal usage only. I mailed them * times and called * times and they simply closed my ticket.
