The product was collected by your delivery partner, yet instead of processing my refund, your system wrongly marked the return as cancelled. This is not only misleading but also shows a shocking lack of accountability on your part.

After multiple complaints and follow-ups, your support team has been utterly unhelpful, repeatedly asking me for the delivery agent’s contact details — information that was never shared with me in the first place. It is your responsibility, not the customer’s, to coordinate with your logistics partner or air shipment service to verify the return.
