Express2cart.com - Wrong order delivered and did not send correct order.

I ordered a Fastrack woman's watch from this site as I received a call from this side. She told me that if I purchase any item from there then they will offer a gift with my order but order should be min ***. They offer me Dell laptop but I refuse to take it as a gift. She told me that they will send the watch only but they delivered a man's Fastrack watch which I have never ordered. I complained it but they didn't receive my call. When they received they were used to say that they are updating and like this they made excuses. At last a girl from their side told me that they will delivered the right watch if I take that gift means Dell laptop for that I have to pay *% for that laptop **** rupee. Then I refuse to accept laptop then she said that this is only option. I also sent mail on their domain but they didn't respond me.
I said I will file a complaint against you then she said okay.
