The company express*carr has taken ***** rupees for giving me the dell laptop.They have told me there is an gift for yu which is the dell laptop that yu have won.For this yu have to pay Gst and insurance of this lapto for your delivery.The amount of gst and insurance was **** and ****.Now i have told them i will not take this furthur any more.i want my tefund.so they have told that for the refund i have to pay the quit charges that was ****. I have paid but after paying they have not given my refund.
