Hi sir,
This website took a sum of about **,*** from me and still they are not releasing the price.
I had placed an order of Rs *** on **th April **** with express*cart.com after receiving one call from Ms Nisha Sharma where she confirmed that post purchase of the same i will surely win either TV or Laptop without any further payment there of. After * days of transaction on *th May **** i got another call stating that for claiming gift i have to pay additional Rs *,*** (as a part of GST) which will be refunded fully once i receive the gift and i paid that amount as well. Post that on *th May **** i got again call to pay Rs **** towards insurance to ensure the safety of laptop until it reaches me. After receiving the laptop they would refund the money so i paid the amount.
After that they said that the laptop is not working properly and so they are going to give me cash of laptop amount which is Rs. **,*** plus GST and insurance amount. Then they asked for another Rs.*,*** for activation of ID for releasing the amount and today they are again asking for another Rs.*,*** for some bank document which i have not paid yet
Please help me. I need my money back.
