call received to express * cart to said buy any product than you assured win money loptop and led tv. i win dell loptop than express * cart was say payement gst bill **** then we deliver your laptop i have paid twice bill **** and **** by paytm than i paid **** gst bill again express * cart has said you pay insurance on loptop **** something than i have cancel my loptop gift on ** sep **** costumer service has said your amount is return * days plz help to refund my amount i have paid gst bill on friends collecting money plz help to solve this problem
