Realme - WRONG MODEL MOBLIE DELIVERED

Dear Sir / Madam,

I am writing to you to raise an issue about Wrong model mobile delivered

The issue that I have experienced was I ordered realme *pro infinite black on **th August ****, The product seems it was realme C** But I ordered realme *pro .So i want request for replacement. But in the app it's doesn't possible.Also i called customer care ** times but no one come from flipkart for return or replace.

It occurred on:**th Aug ****

They should return product and compensate me on my loss.

I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.
