Hi Voxya Team,
I purchased below cooler from PayTM website on Apr ** **** to beat the heat in this hot summer.
As per the product details/images showing on PayTM website, it was supposed to be delivered within **hrs. Attaching snapshot along with the link of the product description page on PayTM.
But only after ordering it and paying the full amount in advance, it started showing expected delivery date: **th Apr-**st May, ****. I immediately call PayTM customer care and they assure that it will be delivered within **hrs. On call, they asked me to wait for **hrs and contact them again if it didn’t get delivered with in **hrs.
Since them I am having lot of e-mail communication with PayTM, but they are neither cancelling my order nor delivering it on time as promised. Now it has been more then ** hrs and I am still waiting for my product or its cancellation.
Now I can’t buy another cooler as my money is stuck with PayTM. Due to wrong information given on their website, Me, my wife and my two kids are forced to suffer in this summer. That’s happening, despite paying the full amount to PayTM.
