SUVAJIT PAL filed complaint against Ola on Oct 19, 2021
I have booked a taxi from Kolkata airport gate no *. My destination was RDB cinemas. Accordingly I have selected that as my designation showed in OLA application, after reached that particular location me and my OLA driver found there is no RDB cinema present in that location. I was trying to connect the OLA support but in the meantime driver told me he knew the exact location of RDB cinemas, no need to contact to OLA.
After **_** mins when we reached the proper RDB cinemas location, OLA charged rupees **** though I was totally unaware of that because I had no idea what was actually going on. My first bill amount was *** and due to that discrepancies by ola driver and ola application I had to pay **** rupees.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
