I bought the specs on **th Dec. When they came the lenses were wrong. I could not see anything from them. When complained they asked me to return and they will fix it. After a lot of month I got the specs but the same problem. They changed the frame but not the lenses.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
