Nykaa - Wrong items received

I had ordered various items like body wash, concealer, make up wipes, toner, powder, etc. Of various brands.
All I received were nail paints from Manish Malhotra. Despite multiple mails and a complaint all they said was "we checked at our store and all products were packed properly". My question is then how I got nail paints in a sealed box.
If they have packed the box properly; the bill inside the box and the products should match. Why a packing video from their store showing each and every product along with the bill not shared? Return request was raised immediately after receiving the wrong products still no one came to take the products nor refund was given despite giving all proofs. #boycott Nykaa
