Gunjan Chaube filed complaint against Flipkart on Oct 10, 2021
I have made several buying during this big billion sale from flipkart. *nos wrong items delivered by them. I requested them to replaced the wrong items with original one but they are proposing on call to return the items and get refund amount. And if I want actual items then I have to place fresh new order.
I dont want refund, I want the items which I have oredered. I am ready to place new order(price increased now) for the said items but I want reimbursement of difference amount and confirmation from their end on mail for the same process.
I tried to contact customer care via calls, mails, fb messenger but they only talk on call( one sided) and proper response is still awaited from there side.
Not a single reply of my *mails yet.
Please help to resolve the issue.
