I had ordered hp laptop from flipkart on the ** of October. Firstly, the package was damaged. Secondly it was not the one I had ordered. Hence I put up a return request immediately. It was COD of रु*****/.
For the past one week I m sending mails to flipkart CEO and calling customer care atleast *-* times a day without getting any reply.
Please help me get back my money.
