SARITA HEGDE filed complaint against Ajio on Dec 6, 2022
I ordered for formal shoes instead of which i got boots for which i raised a return and it was picked but then after * days they returned it back saying it is not matching , so i raised a complaint on email in August and kept following up so On Oct ** '** they asked ,me to courier on my own and gave their address but they rejected it sent it back ... this is such a harassment and the most unprofessional company
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
