On **/**/**** I ordered Epson l*** printer through Amazon and received diaper instead of printer for which I raised complain on */**/****. They told me to wait for * days to investigate on */**/** my investigation was completed they told me that item will be picked up by **/**/** however pickup failed due to verification issue, after contacting customer support they ensured that verification will be removed as it was not required despite that my pickup was not done. After multiple pickup failure I asked them to give me written email for advance refund which they provided but still no response.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
