Here are complete details of the wrong product supplied to me. It seems like I am being cheated by the supplier who has knowingly supplied an inferior model of the product costing Rs. **** less than what I paid for. Please read carefully below alongwith all pictures that are being sent herewith.
*. I placed order no. ***-*******-******* dt **.**.** for an hp pavilion model no. ** dw ****tu. This model cost ***** and is equipped with win ** , *g LTE and also with Inking pen. I made complete payment with my credit card.
*. I received the product with invoice no. IN **** DATED **.**.**. Description and model of the product given in the invoice is ***% correct. A photo of the invoice is attached below in picture no marked *.
*. Before opening the box i clicked pictures of the model no. and description given on the box. The model no. and description given on the box were different. Please see picture marked as no. * It is clearly written in blue pen that the model no. Is dy ****du. You can also see that the suplier has tried to overwrite with black pen and it is clear that suplier knowingly and wilfully wanted to cheat me.
* on the other side of the box specifications given are completely different than what i ordered. You can clearly see in picture marked no.* the specs states it is win ** and does not mention anything about the *G LTE version as stated in the invoice. Description given on the box is completely different than the invoice.
*. I opened the box after clicking all outside pictures and then made a complete video of the product while opening the package. The complete video is with me. If you want to see, pl send me link so that I can upload it.
*. The laptop I got on opening is shown in picture no. *.
*. Back side of the laptop clearly states the model no. Is ** dy **** du. You can clearly see that the invoice states model no. as ** dw **** du but the actual product model is different. You can tally serial no. of the laptop etc. with the supplier and make sure i am showing you what they have supplied.
*. I paid rs. ***** for the model that i wanted to buy but this model given to me ** dy **** cost Rs. ***** in the amazon site. You can clearly see that in picture no. * given below. This is Rs. **** less than what i paid for. I am sure supplier wanted to defraud me. He has knowingly given this inferior model.
*. You can also see that *g LTE port is not given in the model. I am attaching side view of the computer model **** tu taken from your site. Picture no. * shows there are * ports on the side of the laptop but the product that i received has only * ports on the side. I am attaching picture no. * . You can see the difference.
From all above anyone without any doubt, can clearly see the wrong and inferior product supplied to me. It is not expected from a reputable site as Amazon.
