I have purchased a book from amazon.in that is wiley acing the gate electronics and communication **** edition on **th September **** for *** rupees including delivery charges ** rupees.and I have received wrong product so I made a call to customer support and they have told there will be no replacement option and she told if I buy it again they will pay excess amount in the form of token of apology (because price of book was changed to ***) and remaining amount will be refunded after returning the package.Once again i booked the same product and i called them for asking amount but this executive told there is such type of option previous executive given wrong information.Any how i received this type correct book. Again I placed order for same product on **st September **** now again i am facing same problem Amazon.in is showing fake discounts and wasted my time and customer support don't have proper information and solutions for Customer Support will say only sorry for everything and they didn't understand the time wasted by us for their mistakes. Please take action against these fraud people. I have call recordings and invoices.
