Myntra.com - Wrong Item received

I ordered a joggers of "Wrogn" brand from myntra on ** dec ****, but i received a ladies top from "Here and now" brand and i immediately made a call to myntra and told them regarding the wrong item i received, and they placed a return request for me.On *th jan **** at **:** am the delivery boy picked up the wrong product from me, but in the evening he called me and said that it is the wrong product you had given to me and i said to him that i received the wrong product and that's why i am returning the product, so he said i cannot do anything, you have to talk to customer care, and i am putting your product on hold. Since then i regularly calling myntra and they told me that by *th of January **** your resolution will be resolved and it is *th of January today and i made a call to the myntra customer care and now they are saying that your complaint is showing already resolved and so we are again re-opening your complaint, wait for another ** hours. I have all the call recordings with myntra customer care.
