I have ordered Veg Briyani From Hyderada Bawarchi on *st March **.
I recieved Chicken Briyani in place of Veg Briyani. Here we are pure vegiterian Family. I Contacted Help desk For replacing the item. they refused and told to send a mail to swiggy@support.in. I sent the mail with the photographs. after ** hrs they replied replied we apologizes for that and tested from our end you received the worng item, we will improve the services. and than i asked for the refund . They refused to refund the amount. There were there executives who know everything, (Yash,Arun,Elizebath) and they mentioned we cant refund the amount, will improve our service. I mentioned in the mail,i will fill a complaint on there of you and will circulate in social media . than in next mail with my concurrence they closed the complaint.
Than i mentioned in the mail i sent the screenshot of conversation history along with name of help Desk Executives(Arun, Yash, Elizebath) than in next mail there in no executive name as mentioned in the mail.
I want money back at any cost.
