Mongoosekart.com - Wrong item delivered

Hi i had ordered for a white kurti with green print slit from mongoose kart viewing my Instagram post. Before ordering when i enquired about the product on *th jun ****, they informed they do have return or exchange policy of * days and also provided with the size chart. On ** jul **** i ordered the kurti of price ****rs through Googlepay mode providing all the requested details such as name, address, payment screenshot, whats the preferred size and color as well. But on **th Jul **** i receive the delivery and the product shown in the picture and size delivered is totally different when i reached them for refund due to size unmatchable they are suggesting me to go ahead on alterations, why would i do when a size chart is provided and i am specifically mentioned on it. Later when i started insisting them for refund they are like no we can't refund it. The cloth delivered is not even worth of ***rs. They are just cheaters and fraud company.
